FCC Items To pass FCC regulations, the radio must pass a stringent set of
standards set forth in the following document:
FCC Title 47 part 15, in particular the following sections:
• section 203 – antenna requirement
• section 209 – radiated emissions outside of band (general)
• section 247 – operation within band (all aspects)
• section 249 – operation within band (field strength)

been verified:
