Step 2
In the lower half of the window there is a field labeled “Addition Boards Manager URLs.”
This is where you want to paste the URL:
http://modernroboticsinc.com/Content/Images/uploaded/Spartan/ArduinoLibrary/package_CORE_SUPPORT_index.json
Once you have completed this step, click “OK”.
Step 3
Now navigate to Tools ► Boards ►
Boards Manager… and open the board
manager.
