1. Shut o the power at the circuit breaker and remove existing xture, including the crossbar.
2. Carefully unpack your new xture and lay out all the parts on a clear area. Be careful not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.
3.
Remove the mounting ring from the xture，and
secure the mounting ring to the junction box using standard junction box screws that comes
with the junction box
.
Note (i) using any other non-original-manufacturer provided junction box screw may result in safety issue;
(ii) The side of the mounting plate marked “GND” must face out.
4. Remove the mounting screw (B) and mounting plate from the xture.
5. Remove the bottom screw ( C ) , take apart the xture from mounting plate.
6. Remove the knurled screw (D) and rubber gasket(E), secure the alabaster to the base bracket with knurled screw (D) and rubber gasket(E).
7. Place the xture to the base bracket, secure it with bottom screw (C) and toothed washer (G).
8. Connect the xture’s wires to junction box wires as shown in , making sure that all wire connectors () are secured. If your outlet box has
a green or bare copper ground wire, connect the xture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the xture’s ground wire directly to the back
plate using the GND screw provided. After wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the junction box.
9. Place the mounting plate on the mounting ring and secure it with mounting ring screw (F).
10. Secure the xture to mounting plate with mounting screw (B) .
