PREPARATION
1. Shut o the power at the circuit breaker and remove
existing xture, including the mounting hardware.
2. Carefully unpack your new xture and lay out
all the parts on a clear area. Be careful not to lose
any small parts necessary for installation.
3. Remove mounting screw (C1) and backplate from xture.
MOUNTING THE FIXTURE (FIG.1)
3. Position the mounting plate (D1) on the wall, mark
the location of the two drywall anchors (J1).
Pre-drill the holes for the drywall anchors and insert
the drywall anchors(J1) into the wall.
4. Connect the xture wires to junction box as shown
in Fig. 2. Make sure that all wire connectors (A1) are
secured. Fixture and junction box ground wires should be
connected to mounting plate using green screw provided.
After wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the
junction box.
5. Secure the mounting plate (D1) to the junction
box (F1) using junction box screws (B1). The side
of the mounting plate marked “GND” must face out. Secure
mounting plate with screw (H1) into anchors (j1)
6. Put the xture onto the mounting plate and secure
with screws (C1) and gasket (G1).

7. To prevent moisture from entering the outlet box and
causing a short, use clear caulking (i.e. indoor/outdoor
silicone sealant) to outline the outside of xture back plate
where it meets the wall. Leave a space at the bottom to
allow moisture to escape.
