1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT

the top right of the Log In page.

Enter a full name, valid email

address and minimum six (6)

character password to create

an account and log in, after

which you can securely control

any Wi-Fi equipped Modern

Forms Smart Fan(s).

2. LOG IN WITH AN ACCOUNT

If you have already created an

account, you can log in with

your email address and your

password. Press ''LOG IN'' to

complete the sign in process.
