Case 1:
Direct connection to
a sterilizer series

3. Connect the mains cable and switch on the demineralizer.
4. Now the water will start to flow from the silicone tube and from the red pipe
connected to fitting B on the demineralizer back panel; let to drain for about 10
minutes in order to expel any possible processing residue.
5. Turn off the demineralizer and disconnect the mains cable.
6. Restore the internal hydraulic and electric connections and replace the cover.
Continue the installation by carrying out the specific hydraulic connections according to
the use required.
See Figure H:
1. Cut the silicone pipe (connected to the fitting C on the demineralizer rear panel)
long enough to reach the pipe fitting installed on the automatic feeding point of the
sterilizer, and tight by clamps.
NOTE
THE PIPING MUST NOT BE BENT, SQUASHED OR HAVE A PARTICULARLY TORTUOUS

. THE LENGTH OF THE SILICONE TUBE MUST NOT EXCEED 2 METRES,
OTHERWISE PERFORMANCE WILL BE QUALITATIVELY VERY LOW OR

, THE DEMINERALIZER ITSELF SHOULD MALFUNCTION.
2. Connect the supplied start/stop signal cable between the connector S on the
demineralizer rear panel and the female jack on the sterilizer.
