The alarm notification on the App is too quiet Turn up the volume on the mobile device and/or increase the
volume of the alarm sound selected for the Door Station (Live
view– shortcut menu of the Alarm button)
No acoustic or visual messages wanted
(bell and alarm)
Tap the top left button of the App several times until the speech
bubble is crossed out (messages disabled)
The bell function on the Door Station needs
to be temporarily switched o (none of the
remote stations will be alerted)
Disable the ”Bell” switch for the selected Door Station (Live view–
shortcut menu of the bell button)
The microphone on a video source is to be
switched o for up to 24 hours (audio trans-
mission to be disabled)
Enable the ”Audio” switch in the privacy settings for the
selected video source (Live view– shortcut menu of the Alarm
button)
