4 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
4.1 Hardware And Software Requirements: MOBOTIX Cameras

Needs to be previously configured and enabled for camera (for
example, via MxEasy, MxControlCenter or browser), if camera model
is compatible; full image recording should be enabled (MOBOTIX

Image resolution and program The image resolution set for a camera, for example, via MxEasy, is
also the maximum resolution available to the App; similarly, the pre-
set image program (for example, full image or a hemispheric cam-
era’s panoramic image) cannot be changed via the App; however,
the App’s special PTZ mode can be used to display all areas of the
camera sensor
Camera access data User name/password are required to add video source to App’s
camera list

Time synchronization between mobile device and video source: If the time value of any camera shown in
the Live view diverges by more than 60 seconds from the clock on the mobile device, the App’s time display will
start to flash. Select ”Set automatically” for date and time on the mobile device and set up a time server (such as
NTP, MX-GPS-Box) for the MOBOTIX cameras. This needs to be set to the same time zone as your mobile device.
