• Open the desired software release under the name MxEasy Macintosh.
•
Download the fi le for automatic installation (*.MPKG.ZIP) from the MOBOTIX website
and save the fi le to your computer (for example, on the Desktop) .
• Unpack the contents of the MPKG.ZIP fi le by double-clicking it.
•
Start the installation assistant by double-clicking the *.pkg fi le and follow the instruc-
tions of the installation assistant.
 
We are currently developing a Linux version of MxEasy.
Note
After the software has been successfully installed, MxEasy is updated automatically
when a new version of the program is made available on the MOBOTIX website. For
more information, see
Section 4.5, Software Update .
