In the meantime, the camera is automatically recording the video and audio
stream on an SD card or Flash device in the MOBOTIX camera. This includes the
sound from the ExtIO's microphone that is automatically transmitted to the MO-
BOTIX camera.
3.4.2 Overview of the Configuration Steps
Configure the MOBOTIX camera (section2.2.3)
1) Activate arming of the camera
2) Configure recording
3) Activate and configure the BR event:
a) Switch additional lights (SO action)
b) Record and configure voice message (SD message)
c) Configure VoIP phone call (CL message)
Configure the softphone (section2.2.4)
4) Start and configure the softphone
3.4.3 Configuring the MOBOTIX Camera
1) Activate arming of the camera
• Activate arming (Setup Menu> General Event Settings).
2) Configure recording
• Set up event recording on an SD card/Flash device (Admin Menu> Storage
on External File Server/ Flash Device).
