Hemispheric Video Improves Transportation Security
The Stadtwerke Kaiserslautern (SWK) public utility company makes bus transportation more secure with
mobile IP video systems from MOBOTIX. A MOBOTIX FlexMount camera connected to a monitor shows the
driver what is happening in the bus.

The DualMount houses two S15D sensor modules, for di-
screet day and night video capture. The sensor modules are
angled downwards to avoid covering irrelevant areas such
as ceilings or the sky. Designed for indoor and outdoor ceiling
mounting. Compatible with all S15D sensor modules, allows for
dual hemispheric capture.

SurroundMount
Designed for monitoring long, narrow areas (corridor, bus, train,
etc.). By perfectly aligning two sensor modules at a 25˚ angle in
opposite direction, two Hemispheric sensor modules can even
cover an entire corridor – no blind spots.
