. Connect the extension cable to your USB Modem if you need more space around your USB ports.
2. Insert in a spare USB port on your computer with or without the extension cable.
. Depending on whether you use a PC or a Mac, follow the steps below to install the Virgin Broadband Software.


. An AutoPlay window will appear. Under Install or run program, click on Virgin Broadband.
