II. HowtoWeartheHeartRate
Monitor
1. Wettheelectrodesasshownbelow.

2. Attachthetransmittertothestrap.

3. Fastenupwiththeclipsonbothends.
Adjustthestraptoassureit'snottootight
orloose,soastodetectaccurateheart
ratedata.

4. Wearitslightlybelowyourchest.Adjust
thesensorpositiontothecenterofyour
body,whileelectrodesmustbepressed
againstyourskin.

Note:
1. Makesurethedeviceisworninthe
rightdirection(Left&Right)to
avoidinaccurateheartrate
detection.
2. Beforewashingthedevice,detach
themainpartofHeartRateMonitor
whereelectrodesarelocated.This
partisnotwashable.

Whilewashingthestraps,make
surewaterisnohigherthan30°C.


Ironing,bleachingorheatingis
prohibited.
III. HowtoAssembleandChange
Battery

1. DetachtheHeartRateMonitorfromthe
strap.

2. Useacointounclinchthebackcover.

3. Removethebatteryinsidewithanew
one.

4. Closethebackcoverontothedevice.

Note:Pleasemakesurethebackcover
issecurelysealedtoprevent
unexpectedwaterleakage.





