- GENERAL
- INSTALLATION
- STEP 1. Remove the table lamp and parts from the Carton.
- STEP 2. Drill a hole into the ceiling then attach the screw through the inner cap and thread it to the wings.
- STEP 3. Push the cap into through the hole and tighten it use the screw.
- STEP 4. Thread the hook onto the inner cap. Hanging the cord with the fixture on the hook, then secure it with set screw.
- STEP 5. Put the glass shade onto the glass fitter then secure it with the socket ring.
- STEP 6. Install the lamp. The fixture is rated for 60 watt G lamp.
- DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED WATTAGE!
- STEP 7. Plug cord into a qualified socket of properly rated voltage.
- STEP 8. On/Off switch installed on cord.

GENERAL

WARNING-ALWAYS UNPLUG THE LAMP TO CUT ELECTRIC
POWER OFF BEFORE INSTALLING, CLEANING, OR OTHER
MAINTENANCE.

FAILURE TO INSTALL FIXTURE CORRECTLY COULD RESULT IN
SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
•
BEFORE DISCARDING THE CARTON DOUBLE CHECK THE
PACKAGING TO MAKE SURE ALL PARTS HAVE BEEN FOUND.
