To view diary entries

To delete and/or edit entries

To delete old events

Using the Calendar

The calendar item in the diary menu can be used to:

- view entries on a weekly basis,

- enter new events,

- read, edit and delete events:

Press . Select Diary.

Select View events.

Entries will be shown in time and date order and include the

time of the entry, whether an alarm has been set, the first

part of the text and the number of the entry (maximum20).

To read the complete text entry press Options and select

Read text.

Use to scroll down the entries.

Press Exit or to return to the standby display.

Press . Select Diary.

Select View events.

Scroll to the diary entry you wish to delete or edit and

press Options .

Select Edit or Delete.

Press Exit or to return to the standby display.

Press . Select Diary.

Select Delete old events.

All past entries will automatically be deleted.

Press Exit or to return to the standby display.
