Softkeys - programming the softkeys (operator dependent)

The function of the softkeys can be changed to suit the user. The op-

tions available are shown in the menu during selection.

To program a softkey,

Speed dialling

Phonebook numbers can be assigned to keys - which when held

down will dial those numbers. is reserved exclusively for the voice

mail number and is assigned automatically when the voice mail

number is stored (see Voice mail, page 40).

Numbers stored in the SIM and in the phone (fixed dialling numbers

excepted) can be selected.

To assign phonebook numbers to the speed dialling keys,

Select Any key answer.

Select On or Off.

Press Exit or to return to the standby display.

Press . Select Settings.

Select Phone settings. Select Keys.

Select Softkeys functions.

Select Left softkey or Right softkey.

Press Select on the softkey option of your choice.

Press Exit or to return to the standby display.

(......) in the display means that a previously SIM dependent or subscription service assigned to

that softkey is no longer available. For example Line 2 selection.

Press . Select Settings.

Select Phone settings. Select Keys.

Select Speed Dial.
