Getting More Out of "Office Tools"

To view weekly entries,
This screen displays an array containing the days of the week (horizontally)
and the hours of the day (vertically).
It is divided into three parts, according to the time intervals: from midnight
to 8 o’clock in the morning, from 8 o’clock in the morning to 4 o’clock in
the afternoon and from 4 o’clock in the afternoon to midnight. Only one
time interval is displayed. The two other parts are available on user request
only.
All the events of the week are displayed in chronological order. Each event
is displayed as a bar whose length is a representation of its duration, and
whose colour depends on the activation of an alarm.
The following actions are available:
Press . Select Office Tools.
Select Diary. Select Calendar.
Select Options . Select Week view to display all the events
scheduled for a selected week.
Actions Purpose
Moves down in the next time interval
Moves up in the next time interval
(short press)
Moves to the previous day
(long press)
Scrolls to the previous week
(short press)
Moves to the next day
(long press)
Scrolls to the next week
Options + Today
Returns to the 'Daily view' with today
Options + Dayview
Displays the 'Daily view' of the pointed day
Options + Monthview
Displays the 'Month view' of the displayed
day
Options + Newevent
Creates a new event entry in the calendar
Options + Delete all
week
Deletes all the events associated with the
displayed week
Options + View Tasks
Gives access to the task view with the tasks
associated with the displayed week
Press Exit or to return to the standby display.
