How to Set Demand Units
Demand operation is not available in this central control.
When a demand controller is connected to this central control, demand operation becomes possible. For indoor
units for which demand is set, signals from the external demand controller change the operation mode to FAN
and change the CENTER / REMOTE setting to
.

1. Press the ALL / GROUP / ONE button and select , , or .
To set all the managed units, select
.
To set one or more groups, select
, then press the SELECT ( or ) button to set the group number.
To select all the groups, select “88”.
To set one or more individual units, select
, then press the SELECT ( or ) button to set the unit
number.
2. Press the DEMAND SET button.
The
light up.
To set another group or individual indoor unit, repeat Steps
1 and 2.
Note
When the signals are cancelled, the operation mode returns to that before demand operation started.
To cancel the demand setting, in the state in Step
1, press the DEMAND SET button again. Demand operation is
disabled.
During demand input, the

During demand input, the CENTER / REMOTE and MODE settings can not be changed.
For some jumper line settings, the CENTER / REMOTE setting does not change to

During demand input, the demand unit settings can not be changed.
Z By setting control select switch SW6 to OFF, it is possible to prohibit operation with the local remote
controller by signals from the outside for indoor units for which demand is set.
When the signals from the outside are cancelled, the CENTER / REMOTE setting returns to its original state.
