(1) Click [Open] button, select the definition file and check the settings.
(2) Click [Back] button.
1. Opening the definition file
When you click [Open] button, Fig.11 dialog will appear. Choose the file saved beforehand.

2. Saving the definition file
When you click [Save] button, Fig.12 dialog will appear. Input the file name that is easy to discriminate, and click
[Save] button.
