SPECIFY DATA
3.2 Local Work Memory
The local work memory is used as a temporary storage area in process control instruction
operation. (Memory used for micro blocks only)
The following instructions use the local work memory.
Instruction name Remarks
S.LLAG (Lead/Lag)
S.D (Differentiation)
S.DED (Dead time)
S.FLT (Standard filter)
S.BUMP (Bump-less transfer)
S.AT1 (Auto tuning)
This stores the midway operation results for the OS itself.
(Cannot be used by the user.)
S.FG (Polygon)
S.IFG (Inverted polygon)
This stores the polygon coordinate value (Xn, Yn) used by
the user. Operations are conducted based on this.
