There are four methods of modem communication available in the

1 ) Send an SMS packet to a Mobile phone.
2 ) Send an SMS packet (inside an e-mail) to an e-mail account.
3 ) Remote access via GSM modem.
4 ) Remote access via standard Modem.
5 ) RS-232C Communication for Dedicated Protocol.
