2-3-5 Parameter mode
The servo amplifier is factory-set in the position control mode. Change the parameter settings
when:
1) The control mode is changed;
2) The regenerative brake option is used;
3) The number of pulses per servo motor revolution is changed
(When the number of pulses per servo motor revolution has been set to the position com-
mand unit, set the number of pulses in the parameter of the position command unit unless
the maximum number of pulses is restricted); or
4) The machine mounted with the servo motor hunts or operational performance is further im-
proved.
(1) Operation example
1) 4-digit parameter
The following example shows the operation procedure performed after power-on to place the
servo in the speed control mode:
To shift to the next parameter, press the
UP
/
DOWN
button.
When changing the parameter No. 0 setting, change its set value, then switch power off once and
switch it on again to make the new value valid.
The parameter number is displayed.

During flickering, the set value can be changed.
Use
UP
or
DOWN

The set value of the specified parameter number flickers.

Press SET to enter.
Press MODE three times.
Press
UP
