INSPECTION
Before starting maintenance/inspection, switch power
off,
and after more than
10
seconds have elapsed, confirm that the voltage
is
safe in the tester or the like.
Otherwise, you may get an electric shock.

not test the servo ampuer with a megger (measure insulation
resistance), or it may become faulty.
Do
not disassemble andor repair the equipment on customer side.

Inspection
Check the cables and the hke

scratches and cracks. Perform periodx inspection according to
operating condtions.

The following parts must be changed periodically
as
listed below.

found faulty, it must be
