ZERO PHASE SIGNAL

It is used for OPR of positioning. Also called "Z
signal" or "PGO".

OP SHIFT FUNCTION
The OP position can be shifted in the positive o
r
negative direction by executing OPR and
determining the shift amount to the OPR complete
position.
An OP can be set to a position other than the zero
point position or outside of the dog switch.
NEAR-POINT DOG
A switch placed before the OP. When this switch
turns ON, the feedrate is changed to the creep
speed. Because of that, the time that this switch is
ON must be longer than the time that the feedrate
is decelerated to the creep speed.
