A/V NETWORK

To connect the A/V Network:
O
Connect a cable to the terminal on the TV :iabeled A/V
NETWORK OUT or ACTIVE A/V NETWORK. Connect the
other end of the cable to the terminal on the VCR labeled
ACTIVE A/V NETWORK IN.
O If you have anothe:r Mitsubishi component equipped with A!V
Network, attach a ,cable to the terminal on the VCR labeled
ACTIVE A/V NETWORK OUT. Attach tlhe other end of this
cable to the terminal on the other component labeled A]V
NETWORK ]IN or ACTIVE ,._ffVNETWORK IN.

DImportant: Never connect your AfV Network in a loop, as shown below.

Your VCR has the ability to perform certain automated functions
in conjunction with Mitsubishi TVs that have ACTIVE A/V
NETWORK terminals. These automated func;ions are called
"Active A/V Network. '_
In order for Active A/V Network to function properly, you rausl:
make the connections above and your VCR :must be connected to
the EXT-1 input termi[nals of your Mitsubishi TV. Information on
how to use the Active A/V Network features, begins on page 62.
