To connect your antennas:
O Disconnect the antennas from the back: or the TV.
0 Connect the antenna leads onto the combiner.
Screw or push the combiner onto the ANTENNA IN terminal
on the VCR.

Now that you have completed the antenna connections to your
VCR, you're ready to connect the VCR to tile TV. (If you haven't
connected the antenna to the VCR, go to page 12, "Connecting the
Antenna or Cable to the VCR.') Because every television is
different (especially elder model TVs), your VCR may need to be
connected in one of a variety of ways. This section shows you:
Determining if you need a splitter,
Connecting a regular TV to the VCR, _.nd
Connecting a 2_Vwith audio and video inputs.
Determiningif you needa splitter
You should look at the back panel of your TV to see if you need
any special equipment to connect the TV to the VCR. You may
need an attachment c.alled a UHF/VHF splitter (which is avail-
able at your local electronics store).
The chart on the next page wi]l tell you if you need a splitter, and
what the splitter will look like.
