IP Address: area of 4 bytes entered in decimal nota-

tion with decimal point representing the Internet ad-

dress or IP address of the PROFINET Controller

channel 1 (CH1)

Sub-Network Mask: defines the addresses to be

routed by the gateway and the network of valid IP ad-

dresses.

Gateway IP Address: IP address of a machine

which can perform routing to another network.
