Function:
Real-time velocity setting
Syntax:
long pa_set_inc(ARM armno, float inc);
armno Arm number (No.)
inc Real-time velocity(0.01~1)
Explanation:
Sets real-time velocity.
Return value:
ERR_OK Normal termination
Others: Anomalous termination (Refer to error table)
