When the reserved area is necessary, set “0” to the “Monitor area entry St. No.” parameter or “0” to the “Monitor area entry
register No.”
If each parameter of the “Monitor area entry St. No.” or the “Monitor area entry register No.” is set beyond the size set by the
“Monitor area device size” parameter.
Non-registerable parameter to the Monitor area
Even if the parameter is within the entry setting range of the “Monitor area entry St. No.” or the “Monitor area entry register No.”,
