Writing set values
When “0001h” is set to the parameter setting demand ag (No. D1001), the value of the data eld in the setting area (No.D1004)
is written to “Control module (St. No. 1)’s Ch. 1 SV value”, and “0001h” is set to the parameter setting response ag (No. D0001).

communication module’s parameter setting demand into the standby status. When the parameter setting demand comes to be in
the standby, “0000h” is set to the parameter setting response ag (No. D0001).
