3.1 Installation Procedure

This setting is for each programless communication module in order to perform communication between a
programless communication module and PLC.

Communication setting

Connection method
Set “1 1:N connection” for the connection method.

Connected units
Set the No. of connected units of programless communication modules for the No. of connected units.
Register parameters of the temperature control module that reads/writes from PLC to each programless
communication module.

* Communication settings for all of programless communication modules should be same.
When setting the parameters of a programless communication module, connect a parameter loader for
PUM directly to the loader communication port on the programless communication module.
