3.6.3 CH. input range setting (Address RWwm+1, RWwm+2)
(1) Set the analog input range per channel.
(2) Operation is performed according to the setting made for the leading edges of the
initial data setting request flag (RY(n+1)9).
(3) The default is as follows.

If the set value is outside the setting range, error "20 " occurs, the "RUN" LED
flickers at intervals of 0.1s, and all channels do not make A/D conversion.
