Using the Sleep Timer
[>Important:
This special feature allows you to set the TV to turn off automati-
cally. You can set the TV to turn off after a period of time ran_,4ng
from 10 to 120 minutes, in ten minute intervalis. In this section you
will learn:
• Setting the sleep timer
• Changing or canceling the sleep timer

O Press the _LEEP button on the
remote control. The sleep timer
display will appear on the
screen.
Select how long you want the
TV to stay on by repeatedly
pressing tile SLEEP butto_.
The time will decrease in 10
minute intervals each time you
press the button.
When you reach the time you
want, stop pressing the button.
The sleep timer display will
disappear after a few se,conds.

To view the amount of time left
in the sleep timer press the
SLEEP button once. The o:a-
screen display shows the
amount of time remaining.
During the last minute before t:he TV turns off; "Sleep Timer 1
min." will flash in red to remind you that the sleep timer is set.
