Activating the PIP image

SUB: 08
O Select tile number of tb:e TV
channel you want to view.
O
Press the PIP button, tlhe small
PIP image will appear on the
screen. Tile display SUB: and
a channel number, or INPUT1,
or INPUT2 will indicate which
source the PIP picture is using
(either the same channel as the
main pict_:re, or Input 1, or
Input 2).
O Press PIP once again to cancel
the PIP ir_.age.

When the main image is black and white, the PIP image may also
appear in black and white.
If you move the PIP image and then turn it of]', it will appear in
the new position the next time :you activate the PIP image.
Selecting the input for the PIP image
By itself, your TV can show only the same picture in the PIP iraage
as it is showing tbr the main picture. In order to see a different
channel or picture in the PIP image, you will need to use your VCR
(or other equipment) that is connected to either one of the inputs
(INPUT1 or INPUT2). You must also select this input with the
remote control.

O Select the :first channel on the
TV.
O Turn on your VCR and select
the second channel.
Activate the PIP image by
pressing tk..e PIP button.
