Understanding the on-screen displays
Your TV provides an on-screen summary of the current settings for
TV or cable channels or the external inputs. This summary will
also provide information about the type of socnd that is being sent
by the broadcaster and the type of sound you have set the TV to
"listen to." In addition, the display system will provide information
concerning the source of the nmin and sub PI]? pictures, and the
amount of time remaining on tlhe sleep timer. This information is
displayed automatically when you make a change such as selecting
a new channel or activate the PIP. It can also be recalled by
pressing DISPLAY on the remote control.
