Troubleshooting Possible Problems The remote control doesn't work. • You can't access or adjust a channel the volume. You can't see a different channel in the reduced PIP image. (CS-27309 only) • (cont.) Solutions For More Information Check that the batteries are fresh and installed correctly. See "Getting ready to use the remote control" in Chapter I for an explanation of how to install batteries in the remote control. Check that the select switch is set to "TV.
