Remedy
- Repair the ground fault section.
- Replace the cable or motor.

The voltage of the converter in the servo drive unit was 400V or more.
Remedy
- Wire correctly.
- Replace the servo drive unit.
- For the internal regenerative resistor, replace the drive unit.
- For the external regenerative option, replace the regenerative option.
