- Replace servo drive unit.

Remedy
- Use a correct drive unit and motor combination.

Remedy
- Connect correctly.
- Replace the motor.
- Replace or repair cable.

Remedy
- Replace servo drive unit.

Remedy
- Turn the power ON for 2 to 3 minutes while the alarm is occurring, and then turn the power
ON again.
- Replace the battery, and initialize the absolute position again.

Remedy
- Take countermeasures against noise.
