6 Pull the paper out.
7 Turn on the printer.
8 Re-set the paper-cassette.
If the printer operates normally, the paper jam problem has been solved. You can continue printing.
If the ribbon cartridge is removed during printing
1 Turn off the printer.
2 Insert the ribbon cartridge all the way, and then be sure to close the ribbon cartridge
door.
3 Turn on the printer.
If the paper-cassette is removed during printing
1 Turn off the printer.
2 Insert the paper-cassette all the way.
3 Turn on the printer.
Tips
• Printing ends when the sheet in process is printed.
• An error also occurs if you remove the paper-cassette before printing starts. Retry the procedure from the beginning. For
details, refer to “Loading paper” (gpage 22).
