1.13 Save destination and backup of screen data
The following data is saved in the RAM or the flush memory of the GOT.
RAM area: Backed up by built-in battery.
1) Contents set in "SET-UP MODE" (described in Paragraph 2.2) in the GOT
2) Alarm history
3) Data collected by sampling
4) Current time
Flush memory area: Does not require any battery.
1) Data created by the screen creation software
Screen data and data set in "SET-UP MODE", "ALARM MODE" and "SAMPLING MODE
(SET CONDITION)"
When the data is transferred between the screen creation software and the GOT, the data
saved in the RAMs 2, 3 and 4 and the flush memory 1 is transferred. The data saved in the
RAM 1 is not transferred to the personal computer.
The operation environment (SET-UP MODE) can be set in the GOT (saved in the RAM 1) or
the screen creation software (saved in the flush memory 1), and the priority is given to the
contents set later.
When the operation environment is set in the GOT, the contents of the setting are saved in
the RAM 1. In this case, if the battery power becomes low, the saved data may be deleted
or uncertain, and communication with the PLC may be disabled.
It is recommended to set the operation environment in the screen creation software.
