INSTALLATION
(1) Measure a diameter of the valve seat hole

and select an oversize valve seat which
can provide proper amount of cylinder head-to-valve seat
interference.
(2) Rebore the valve seat hole

to the selected oversize valve seat.

GUIDE INSTALLATION
(1) Measure a diameter of the valve guide

(2) Rebore the valve guide hole

Caution
Do not install a valve guide of the same size as

(3) Install the valve spring seat

Caution
The installed depth of the valve guide shall be as
specified. Be sure to use the special tool for
installation.
(4) The intake valve guide

is longer than the exhaust
valve guide

. Be sure to install right valve guide in
right place.
