7.16 Report Slave ID (Command Code: 0x11)
Acquires the information of the slave (FX-Series MODBUS Communication ADP) mounted station into the
master.
1) Request message format (Master → Slave)
2) Response message format (Slave → Master)

The slave (FX-Series MODBUS Communication ADP) will return 'F3' as the PLC CPU type data to the
Master:
