FD Multi Systems - 8 Series
The Mitsubishi MULTI SPLIT systems are designed for open
plan areas such as retail stores, open plan offices, and
other commercial applications. These systems offer a low
cost solution for cooling and heating, where individual
control and operation of the indoor units is not required.
All units on the same system will operate together –
• cooling / cooling off
• heating / heating off.
Cooling /Heating auto changeover is a standard feature
of the control system, which can be altered from the
remote controller to cooling only or heating only.
The indoor units are connected by branch piping to one
outdoor unit, the operational mode of which is controlled
by one internal remote controller*, connected to one of
the indoor units.
* It is possible to install a master/slave remote controller
arrangement, if the client should require an alternative
location for operating the system.

Electrical power supply
Power is connected to the outdoor units 415V 3ph +
Neutral + Earth. The Indoor units require a 1ph supply
(please refer to wiring diagram), to be taken from the
outdoor unit terminal block.
