21.4 Extended Function Keyboard
The extended function keyboard X-Key 16 can be used to provide an E1000 operator
panel with 16 extended function keys and LEDs. Not available for E1012 and
E1022. A maximum of four extended keyboards can be connected to one operator
panel. The panel scans all keyboards in the network, detects changes on function keys
and writes new values to the LED register. Please see the manual MA00941A for fur-
ther information.
