CHAPTER 3 SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
3.1 Applicable Systems
The Ethernet modules can be used in systems to which the following descriptions
apply.
(1) Applicable modules and number of mountable modules
The following table lists the CPU modules and remote I/O stations where the
Ethernet module can be mounted and the number of mountable modules.

(2) Applicable base unit
The Ethernet module can be mounted in any I/O slot (*1) of the base unit.
