Control
L-Gateway allows separate switching of On/Off, Setpoint and
Mode switches. The LTX-VCI will switch all as a single global
setting of Central or Local.

Run mode readback will indicate actual operating mode, during
AUTO operation readback will indicate actual mode (COOL,
HEAT etc)
