3.2.4 Payment Register
This screen is used by the operator to know the total amount of transactions
made in the Kiosk by day, week, month and year.
It is also possible to print ticket duplications of any request executed on the
Kiosk. It is helpful for balance cash register when paying directly on Kiosk or
whenever the ticket printer fails and close the balance in the current period
and to control statistics summary.
3.2.4.1 Payment request Tab
Screen that will register all the payment transaction details done in the kiosk.
Column description:
• Request
Request identification. A request is the different services that the kiosk offers the user in a
single payment transaction. (Picture prints, calendars, Photo Web Album, BurnCD, etc.)
• Date / Time
Date and time the request was executed.
• User type
Customer (“USER”) or operator (“OPERATOR”).
• User Identifier
- Customer name in case of prepayment
- “ENDUSER” in any other customer case.
- Operator number (“OPERATOR1” to “OPERATOR5”) in case of operator validation.
