2.1.11 Service Execution
This screen shows the progress of the services requested by the customer in the main progress
bar and partial progress under each service picture.
• Service banner
The big rectangle area under the main progress
bar is customizable.
It works as a bitmap carousel. See Appendix C for
more instructions on how to add your own
pictures.
Once the requested services have finished, a ticket with
all the details will be printed.
In the event of failure of any device that could not complete a request, an error ticket will be
printed to allow the customer to ask for a cash refund.
If the transaction has been paid by prepayment card, the
Kiosk will prompt the Customer to remove the card.
