• Counter Payment
Select this option to pay
at the counter.
A ticket will be printed informing the customer to
go to the counter and pay. Kiosk software stays
blocked on that screen.
The operator will validate the transaction by the
operator card or password after the customer has
paid for the services.
The operator must check that the Request ID and the total amount on the ticket match the on-
screen info.
2.1.10 Checking devices

n this step, Kiosk checks that the correct media are loaded in printers, the CD recorder has a
blank and valid CD (capacity according to selected file size)
Depending on the number of pictures or selected services this may take a few minutes.
