Code Meaning

PA The attempted operation was successful (pass).

FA The attempted operation was unsuccessful (fail).

(blank) System is waiting for command input.

II Test was inconclusive.

Invalid command or device location entered; only those com-

mands in Table 16 are acceptable.

bb Device was busy. Try again later.

An invalid physical location number was entered. Enter bay

number (01), slot number (04), and circuit number (06).

Unknown error. Attempt operation again - ensure correct use

of command codes (see Table 16).

Error in acquiring the software ID of the test line. Attempt oper-

ation again - ensure correct use of command codes (see Table

16). If necessary, use maintenance terminal or console.
